How ordering works

Every piece is made to order. Nothing is held in stock. When you place an order we source the fabric and the garment is cut and sewn for you specifically.

You choose a silhouette, a fabric, and either a standard size or made-to-measure. If you choose made-to-measure we arrange a short video fitting to take your measurements before anything is cut.

Because each garment is produced individually, small variations in drape, shade and finish are normal and are not faults.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

You pay a 50% deposit when you order. The balance is due before your garment ships — we will email you when it is ready. Your order is confirmed once the deposit clears.

Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the price shown.

Delivery

Each product page shows an estimated production time — typically three to four weeks — and shipping time is additional. We ship from the United States.

Estimates are honest but not guarantees; fabric availability and the atelier's workload can shift them. We will tell you as soon as we know if your order will take longer.

Returns and cancellations

Made-to-order and made-to-measure garments cannot be returned for a change of mind. They are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold. This is standard for bespoke and custom-made clothing, and consumer cooling-off rights generally do not apply to goods made to a customer's specification.

You can cancel for a full refund of your deposit within 24 hours of ordering, provided we have not yet cut fabric. After that, the deposit covers materials already committed.

If your garment arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs. We will remake or refund it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Standard sizes are cut to our published size chart. If a standard-size garment does not fit, we can usually alter it — contact us and we will find a solution.

Your data

We collect only what is needed to make and deliver your garment: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and any measurements you give us.

Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our systems. Order records are stored on Supabase, and the site is hosted on Vercel. We share your address with the courier delivering your order, and your garment specification with the atelier producing it — nothing more.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. You can ask us to send you a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it — email us and we will action it. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
